Complete Stucco Refinishing Orlando, FL
At times we will get clients that call us and say well I only need a minor repair to this particular area. When we get there we find out that in reality, their situation is not as buttoned up as we would like it to be. It really gets hard to explain to them that the problem that they are facing can be a bit more extensive. Especially because we understand that at times you are giving us a call with a budget in mind that is probably not going to match the one that would go into covering major repairs. Orlando Stucco Repairs Pros understands the situations that would require complete stucco refinishing!
I Am Looking To Change The Texture On My Walls
Color can come and go and we will probably be able to apply a couple of coats before we actually have to come in and redo a lot of the stucco. We are talking about actual texture, not some of those paint jobs that can make it look like you have a certain type of wall but is actually just the look and not the feel. When you want to change the texture you may have to apply more stucco and try and get a new texture on the wall!
Major Water Damage
If you have taken a look at the page on water damage you know that we are going to have to literally remove the entire area that has been damaged by water. When this happens we are inevitably going to have to put in a new stucco coating and even mesh in some cases. So to be honest this is just another opportunity to sort of redo the whole wall. Of course, at the end of the day, you can decide how far we go.
Evening Out An Entire Wall
There are going to be times where we are going to be repairing a large portion of the wall. That does not necessarily mean that we are going to have to tear down the entire wall and start over. We could actually leave a painted spot on the wall as it is if it does not have major damages. Go ahead and redo the entire other side. Then come back and apply coats of bonding agent on both sides and then apply a color coat to ultimately even out the wall. So even if you almost tore down one side the wall can virtually be put back together going through a complete refinishing process.
Choosing The Right Paint
To top off any stucco refinish project we have to paint the wall. If we are literally coming back from redoing the entire wall the least that we can do is use waterproof paint to make sure that we are able to protect the structure from new damages. You can pick out the right color to go with that texture that you just had applied!
